Loyal worked together with Pillpack to create a welcome video for first-time customers. The video is shared immediately after sign up and explains the process of getting started with PillPack. The Loyal team worked in collaboration with senior leadership at PillPack to storyboard, illustrate and shoot in a rapid paced environment.
